Suspension Clamp for OPGW
Product introduction:
Pre twisted suspension clamp is a connecting hardware for hanging ADSS/OPGW on the transmission line tower. The clamp can reduce the static stress of the optical cable at the suspension point, improve the anti vibration ability of the optical cable and suppress the dynamic stress of wind vibration; It can also ensure that the bending of the optical cable does not exceed the allowable value, so that the optical cable does not produce bending stress, so the optical fiber in the optical cable will not produce additional loss.
Structure and materials:
1. Aluminum splint: it is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy by pressure casting. The aluminum alloy has stable chemical properties, good atmospheric corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties.
2. Rubber fixture: it is composed of high-quality rubber and central reinforcement, with ozone resistance, chemical resistance, climate aging resistance, high and low temperature performance, high strength and elasticity and small compression deformation.
3. Protective wire pre twisted wire: aluminum alloy wire rod customized according to predetermined mechanical properties and chemical composition, with high tensile strength, hardness, good elasticity and strong anti rust ability, which can be used for a long time in harsh weather environment.
4. Outer layer pre twisted wire: the same as protective wire pre twisted wire.
5. Bolt, flat washer, spring washer, nut, closed pin and U-shaped hanging ring: power standard parts.
Instructions for use:
1. It is used for the connection between optical cable and linear tower or tower with angle / elevation ≤ 25 °, one set for each tower.
2. The suspension clamp shall be selected according to the cable diameter, span / comprehensive load and the selection specification table.
